I’ve been visiting the West Point practice for the past year or so for various injuries (knee, back & shoulder) and have always received great treatment. I was able to start running again after a number of years out and I’m quickly getting rid of discomfort from sitting at a desk for too long as well. Always get a quick diagnosis and the chats with David and Steph are always good fun too!I would also highly recommend the small Pilates classes which are done always keeping injuries in mind.
