Louise graduated from Aberdeen University in 2004 with a degree in sports and exercise science. Modules achieved were: Human and exercise Physiology, human anatomy, Pharmacology, human movement and biomechanics, nutrition, health and biochemistry, human performance and sports psychology. From there she then studied Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh progressing the modules above and looking into psychosocial issues and neurological physiotherapy. Since graduating Louise has gained qualifications in sports massage, trigger point, myofacial release, strapping and taping, sports first aid, shoulder course and ultimate knee rehab. Her main job has been at the Edinburgh Royal infirmary progressing her career within respiratory, elective and trauma orthopaedics, neuromuscular disorders and musculoskeletal. Louise also works as a sports Physiotherapist at Murrayfield Wanderers RFC and has previously worked with Edinburgh Accies RFC and Livingston RFC. I saw Dr Homoky at his clinic for bilateral rotator cuff and trapped a nerve in c6/7. I certainly have no regrets. He was wonderful, the pain I was in was off the pain scale and he got me to a stage that I could lift a cup again put on my jacket put my hair up things I just no longer could do. He taught me how to relax taught me exercises to do at home and freed me from the awful pain I was in. However, I went on holiday and my husband came home to no job so I couldn’t continue my treatment plan but I can’t thank this guy enough for bringing me so far. Amazing, I would recommend him to anyone with joint problems. You can’t put a price on your arms, it was great value for money. I found the clinic online. It's a very relaxing experience considering the amount of pain I arrived in at the clinic. It was an amazing experience, thank you for everything.

I have a suspected torn meniscus and knee osteoarthritis. I have been working with Joey to correct my gait, build on appropriate leg strengthening exercises and restore my confidence after a series of falls. Joey's mixture of expertise and encouragement is quite an exceptional-in fact I feel more determined and hopeful as a result of each of her sessions. I found following her advice and doing what she has recommended has worked well.
