I would highly recommend this clinicCatherine, UK, 07 11 23

I’ve been saying Dr Paul for 3 months now. I had been ill & had a lot of back pain. I had attended a Physio, Osteopath, who were very good, but didn’t really know what was wrong. I came to Health for Life & the Dr thought I may have fractures and osteoporosis. I was sent for an X ray, which confirmed this. I have been receiving very gentle treatment and advice on how to build myself up. I would highly recommend this clinic.

An examination was made of my ankle recovering from a fracture last year. I was looking for an assessment of its current strength and mobility. The Physio has given me exercises for strengthening the ankle area and this will give me confidence for the future so that I can resume hill walking.
