Six Physio Fulham

Anita, known as Annie, is an Aussie girl from Darwin in the Top End of Australia. She completed her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia in 2008. While studying in Perth, she was the physio for the University Rugby team and also toured interstate with State Representative Rugby teams as the Team Physio. As part of completing her physio studies, Annie spent time treating athletes at an elite sports institute in Guangzhou, China and also with Perth Glory – one of the teams in the Australian professional football league, the A-League. Annie has a keen interest in sport and travel, from living and travelling through the UK and Europe to a winter season in Whistler, Canada where she worked at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. Most of her life back in Australia was spent doing Artistic Gymnastics and later competitive Cheerleading, touring nationally and internationally for both. Annie started with Six as a Pilates Physiotherapist in August 2010 and is passionate about Pilates and its principles. She believes it is hugely effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, especially neck and low back pain.

Melanie is a New Zealand trained Physiotherapist who qualified in 2002 and immediately began working in the Private Practice environment where she has remained since. She came over to work in the UK in 2004 and after marrying an Englishman is likely to remain on these shores for a while to come. Past clients have included everyone from regional rugby league and football squads, Wimbledon tennis players and professional skiers right through to plenty of weekend warriors and arm chair athletes. 

Brad graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy in 2002. After two years experience with private practice clinics and Rugby teams in his hometown of Auckland he headed on what Kiwis dub the big OE (Overseas Experience) to further his career in the Europe. Over six years in the UK has offered diverse experience with the NHS, private clinics and a season with Leicestershire County Cricket Club and has proven the perfect hub for travelling to over 25 countries.
