Isla has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science (specialising in sports injuries) and an MSc in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University. Isla has also been accepted to the MSc Sport and Exercise Medicine course at Nottingham University to further develop her knowledge in specific areas. Isla has previously undertaken placements at London Irish RFC, Wasps RFC, and has had the opportunity to work alongside specialist Orthopedic surgeons during consultancy. She enjoys working in both a clinic setting and at team events on pitch side, helping with both acute and chronic injuries. Additionally, Isla has provided treatment at the British Indoor Rowing Championships, Windsor Triathlon and the London Marathon. During Isla’s Masters degree she enjoyed carrying out extensive research on shoulder injuries within swimmers and has always been a keen rugby fan! During her spare time she enjoys training for long distance running events, gymnastics, socialising and travelling to anywhere that is not cold!
Ashley Taylor has a degree in Sports Science (BSc Honours) from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University. Having done placements with a number of sports injury clinics, London Irish RFC and Fisher FC, she has a vast level of experience with athletes of all levels. Now she works as the lead sports therapist for local rugby team Finsbury Park RFC. She has a great understanding of running injuries and the biomechanics of running having worked in a specialist running store. Ashley is qualified in Kinesiotape application and is one of the first therapists in the UK to be qualified in advanced instrument assisted sports massage. This is a fantastic technique used for fascia release of soft tissue and tight muscles. In Ashleys spare time when she is not fixing people she enjoys snowboarding, running and loves watching a good game of rugby.
Nader Farhead holds a degree in Acupuncture (BSc) and a Masters degree (MSc) in Sports Therapy from Leeds Beckette University. Nader has experience working with a variety of semi professional and professional rugby and football clubs developing excellent pitch side, acute assessment and rehabilitation skills. Additionally he has experience working within a multi-disciplinary practice and chiropractic clinic which has helped him develop his assessment and treatment techniques. Nader also enjoys providing care at various distance events including the Woking half Marathon 2015 and the Dirty Dozen Essex OCR 2015. Outside of the clinic Nader can be found, most likely taking part in obstacle races covered in mud. His current sporting focus is on completing an iron distance triathlon as well as the prestigious 185 mile Devil Ride.
