Without exercise, the leg and arm will slowly develop stiffness. The stiffness will limit their normal daily activities. Sometimes, they will having problem in their mobility such as cannot walk. Prolonged lying on the bed also can cause back sore.  Family support is the most important especially managing their sensitive emotional.
