  • As I suffer from multiple sclerosis ,I felt there was no treatment available other than the usual choice of painkillers and not to over do things and end up straining yourself .I have been attending Liffey valley physio since it opened ,and I can thankfully say that Stephen Jupe due to his efforts over this time has improved my quality of life due to his understanding of my condition .Steve checks my posture when I arrive for treatment and immediately works on the areas that have become strained due to everyday life .when I started with Stephen Jupe and took his advice on exercise and how not to over do it and with regular stretches I can now walk a mile every morning something I could not do before .my illness affects my mobility ,my right leg in particular and for that reason I walk with crutches but thanks to Stephen Jupe things have improved greatly.michael, Ireland, 06 Apr 11

Review 45e for a visit Have found it very helpful and have been treated with extreme sensitivity and careAndrea, Lucan, 27 Oct 12
  • I attended Andy Clinic in June 2011 for an injury I picked up from running. He diagnosed the symptoms as Achilles tendonitis straight away (sharp twinge pain around the lower back part of the ankles every time your foot strikes the ground/ stiffness around the ankle first thing in the morning).Paul, Ireland, 12 Aug 12
  • During this time he put me on a program that helped me recover from this injury and avoid any relapse. I returned to running after 3months – starting off slowly whilst managing and measuring each step of the recovery progress.Paul, Ireland, 12 Aug 12
  • Full Range of Motion physical therapy delivers a first class service – which has the latest leading edge physical therapy treatment that you will likely find. I highly recommend Andy and his physical therapy service.Paul, Ireland, 12 Aug 12

  • I had a fall in 2000 that had left me suffering with chronic pain; this meant that my ability to do even small tasks or walk any distance was severely curtailed. Over the years I have tried many treatments to try and improve my condition with only partial success.Carol, Ireland, 06 Oct 12
  • Due to the long length of time with chronic pain “pain free” is not really going to be a reality but right now it feels as if that is exactly what Pam has achieved for me. I now attend Pam for regular sessions of maintenance which helps keep my muscles loose and also if I ever have any “flare ups” I know Pam can reduce the time it takes for me to recover from these from up to 2 weeks down to a day.Carol, Ireland, 06 Oct 12
  • It affects my everyday lifestyle from sitting to sleeping. The smallest tasks seemed like a mountain climb after no sleep, constant pain and the worry it would never go.Louise, Ireland, 06 Oct 12
  • After just one treatment, I had four days of no pain, incredible. Pamela was much more in tune with the human body than most so called “professionals”.Louise, Ireland, 06 Oct 12

  • Pam's knowledge of the body, both inside and out, and her 'healing' hands have changed my life. The flexibility of movement that I have gained over the past two years is wonderful.Mel, Ireland, 05 Oct 12
