Highly recommend John, excellent treatment and value for money. Always gets you booked in quickly and he is always happy to answer questions and give advice. John has treated me for a few years for running related issues, and has always been great, which had allowed me to continue running. Just had my gait analysis done with John and he was spot on, it explains a lot of the reasons why I suffer with ITB/hip pain. The report he sent over for the gait analysis was excellent, easy to understand and very professional Extremely helpful in fixing some of my running related issues. Highly recommend getting it done, well worth it. 😊👍

I was fortunate to have found Martin in 2019. For twenty-five years I'd had a knee injury which after some years also affected my hip. Martin put me on the right track and informed me of key information which I had been lacking before. My knee and hip no longer give me trouble and my prognosis appears very good, whereas decades earlier I had been advised that I would likely need further cortisone injections and possible knee replacement. I am twenty years older than when I received that advice, and I have enjoyed much better mobility and pain-free thanks to Martin.

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. A full and thorough assessment is done to not only work out the best treatment for you but also to find out why this injury may have occurred.  We offer a range of treatments including Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Ultrasound, Kinesio Taping, Hot Stones and massage.  At KM injury Clinic we understand that every person has individual needs and so treatment is tailored specifically to give you the best results.  At the clinic we also have Pilates classes for beginners and intermediate levels on a Tuesday at 6.30pm, Wednesdays at 6.15pm & 7.30pm and Thursdays at 10am.  On wednesday morning at 10am we have group BAby Massage classes where new mums and dads came learn how to treat their new addition with a massage.  Having been working in this field for 10 years, as well as work experience throughout my 6 years of college (BSc Athletic Therapy &Training from DCU [2010], Dip Sports Therapy [2006]) I have gained a wealth of experience. I have worked in a clinic for 4 years and I have also worked with Shelbourne Football Club (League of Ireland), Gymnastics Ireland, FAI and Gaa.

From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education.
