Joe Dyer kick started UFIXU Physiotherapy over 10 years ago to form a team of specialised chartered physiotherapists, rehab coaches, personal trainers, and massage therapists.  Joe has experience in the management and treatment of neurological conditions, in particular Parkinson’s disease and Stroke rehabilitation .  Our goals are very simple – to help our clients achieve their targets through the highest level of physiotherapy and personal training. Pilates Clinic Retford is  run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired. Aine O'Meara is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree .She completed a Diploma in Higher Health Care in U.C.D and is a licensed Acupuncturist. Aine has also completed numerous post graduate courses in Manual therapy, Sports therapy and Women's health. Aine is also qualified in Deep dry needling and Orthotic prescription. Raheen Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was opened in Oct by Aine O Meara and is located near Raheen Church on the Ballycummin Road. Cormac O'Shea is a Chartered Physiotherapist. He graduated from Kings College London and went on to spend years working within the NHS in London, alongside part time work with Crystal Palace football club. Cormac completed his undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, prior to his Masters Degree in Physiotherapy . Post graduation Cormac has completed APPI pilates courses, he is a qualified Yoga teacher and has completed courses in Dry Needling, Mulligans Manual Therapy techniques and Neuro Orthopaedic Institute courses. He is a keen soccer player, trail runner and all around outdoor enthusiast. Cormac recognises the importance of not only providing symptom relief but encouraging life long health and wellbeing.
