A great hospital and fantastic service. Cleanliness was 10/10. Sevim made the journey very comfortable. She is a true ambassador to the hospital, I felt very comfortable with her at all times. The nurses are so kind and caring which made my experience even better. By far the best experience I have had so far definitely recommend Anadolu Hastanesi to anyone considering weight loss surgery. It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Had an excellent experience with Dr Bora. I travelled from the UK to Izmir and everything was seamless from beginning to end. Sezen, who arranged the whole process, was a pleasure too. The surgery I had was web toe surgery and I carefully researched the procedure prior to committing with Dr Bora, and I'm pleased that I made the right choice in deciding to move forward with him. The hotel, the hospital, and their staff were all superb too. I would like to once again say thanks to Dr Bora and Sezen for performing a successful surgery and I highly recommend their service to anyone.

I am a basketball player and I had an injury. After that, I had an acl surgery. It was a very difficult period for me. I was wondering if I would ever be the same. But during the treatment process, the support I received was incredible. As a result of the treatment, I returned to the field as before. My doctor and his team were awesome, they knows very well how to approach an athlete.

Friendly and professional staff!!! My experiences with Allmedica staff were very pleasant! All my inquiries were answered immediately from the very beginning by Veronica.It was my first time to visit the city , but all the staffs were very accomodating ( from Oskar-my host to nurses and the doctor! Everyone ) I got more than enough follow ups and the staff and host were always fast to reach out and assist. The Doctor( Aesthetic) is also a fantastic one! I am very satisfied with the result! So I might come again soon!!

Visited Kaunas Wellness Clinic in Lithuania on 18/04/23 for Breast reduction and blepharoplasty of upper eyelids. Was collected from apartment at 9.30 am on 19th. Had blood tests, ecg at clinic and had as taken for consultation with the Dr I had chosen for my surgery. He listened, advised, talked to me about the operations. Took pictures and marked the area being operated on. I felt very comfortable and in control at all times. The clinic was immaculate and from being collected from the Airport, having bloods, ecg, consultation, to meeting an anaesthetist everything was fully explained and everyone was professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable and calm. The rooms were very clean and had remote controlled beds, T.V and air conditioning. The en-suite was clean and had the basics for showering, tooth brushing and toileting. A call bell was given to me for anything I needed. I was given a gown, slippers and a robe and taken to the theatre ( a short walk) I was reassured and spoken to by the anaesthetist on arrival and a cannula was popped in my arm. I only remember waking up back at in my room, being offered a sip of water and having my blood pressure done every 30 minutes/ or hour automatically. I was given an injection to my stomach to avoid thrombosis and was kept comfortable with meds. At no time was I in any Pain. I was offered more pain killers food and drink every time the nurse came in. I was made comfortable and checked on regularly. I felt ok to use the bathroom and used my phone and watched tv between dozing in and out of sleep. I had a cup of tea as often as I asked and was continually offered food. I slept well thanks to a small sleeping tablet. I was given a lovely breakfast and saw the dr at 9am ish who checked me over and discharged me. At 9.30 am I was taken back to my apartment, with discharge medication, full instructions and dressing change items. The following Day (Thursday) I went for a walk around the Acropolis centre. I had a shower of my body and washed my hair on my return and slept well with the medication provided managing any discomfort. I used their version of Uber (BOT) for taxi and food delivery and it was very reasonable, easy to download and came really quickly. I was more than ready for my flight home Saturday early hours. I was collected at 4.15 am and taken to the airport. Arriving home in Cardiff at 8 am. It’s Sunday and my eyes have caused me no discomfort what so ever. I changed my dressings on my breasts and had a lush shower and washed my hair. I had a little bit of bleeding so used the spray I was given and gauze and reapplied my garment. All is well and I have the discomfort under control. I cannot recommend Dr Karolis Cernauskis enough he is experienced and has written many papers on his expertise in his field. I hope to return to the clinic in 6 months for a thigh lift and lipo in the meantime I will be dieting and recovering to ensure a good result. I had previously had surgery in London and Cardiff, this was obviously closer to home and nearly double the price it was in Lithuania. I also had several bad experiences with my treatment in Cardiff, I found their technique to be antiquated and the group not as thorough or experienced. I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. Given the long UK National Health Service waiting times for treatment, and the high price of private treatment as an alternative, Carolina Medical Center offered immediate attention at a very competitive price. I was very happy with their excellent service. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

Very patient oriented doctor with a lot of experience in handling patients. My mother underwent KR of right the knee and Dr Deepak took utmost care till the time of her recovery and assisted every query of ours immediately without fail. He's a tech-savvy doctor and he's reachable at your tip of the finger. I recommend him for any Ortho related issues. Very nice and very friendly.

Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. His services made the entire trip much more comfortable and easier, making the entire process seem like a walk in the park. All in all the experience was 10/10.
