The massage was pretty effective. Helped with my tight muscles, got a good night's sleep and the usual lower back pain during the morning felt a lot more tolerable the next day. Nice clean place and a very friendly masseuse.
This clinic is in a handy location, so I went to them for deep tissue massage. The results are good. Each session lasts about an hour. I was impressed with the clinic. They gave me great service for the price they charged.

The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.
I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.
