I visited the therapy zone a number of times following shoulder surgery for sports massages. The therapist Sarah was very knowledgeable, discussed what my goals were and how she could help. The treatment was amazing and cut my expected recovery time in half, after each treatment I could feel the benefit. It didn’t end there as she also pointed me in the right direction with how to strengthen my shoulder and even what foods would aid recovery. I have never known a place that gave all the advice as well as the treatment for no extra cost. I would never use anywhere else now. The clinic was very conveniently located less than a minute walk from the metro, train and bus station in the centre of Newcastle. Everything inside the clinic was clean and hygienic but was able to feel warm relaxing and serene. This was achieved by some amazing artwork on the walls and a whole wall painted to look like the sky with clouds. Which was amazing and all created by Sarah herself, who was so warm and friendly it was like meeting with an old friend. The place is a gem!

Very well treated. Puts you at ease very quickly. I had two Kerotoses removed with no problems at all. Healed in no time. All in all very happy.

Pain free after one session. Over the years I have been to numerous physios for lower back problems due to the nature of my sport (waveski surfing). I have been surfing competitively for over 35 years and at at age of 56 I was thinking of stopping due to severe ache. A very thorough examination and some pulling and pushing I walked out pain free. Myself and my mum had a red-letter voucher to use. The booking process was simple and Joanne was quick to reply to any messages. The treatments we had were brilliant! Would highly recommend reflexology and aromatherapy massage. Joanne was professional and provided a lovely ambience throughout. Myself and mum will definitely return for another treatment
