Elite Performance Therapy provides Sports Massage Therapy and chiropractic on the Costa del Sol. They offer a range of deep tissue massage and manipulation techniques which commonly focuses on treating all types of injuries. They believe in treating the body as a whole and not the injury in isolation and so believe it is imperative to understand the root cause of the pain in order to rebuild and strengthen any weak muscles.
