As I look for a place to leave my review, I just would like to say Thank You to you all at KGH for repairing my eye with laser surgery. I had cataract surgery years ago and the membrane under the replacement lens had gone cloudy, making vision in one eye only a blur. A wonderful conversation with Ms Derya quoting a price low enough to be suspicious led to a visit with a charming receptionist who accompanied me from test to doctor, and in less than an hour I was in and out with the cloudy vision removed! All it took was a little laser zapping on the offending membrane to make a hole in it to see through, called a YAG laser capselotomy. Thank you all so much for my clear vision again. You don’t know how much it will mean to not be afraid to drive at roundabouts (it was the right eye). And thank you for being so lovely and friendly and making it an adventure rather than a medical procedure. Every best wish to you all.
Both my husband and I had Lasik laser done by Dr. Dilek Uzer. She was very kind and attentive, she has attention to detail which we both liked. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had before and after the surgery. She does very thorough eye tests before commencing the surgery and explained all the details of the outcome of the eye tests. During surgery, she was very reassuring and gentle, the surgery was painless and very quick, we could almost see clearly immediately. We both needed the laser as we both have bad vision, I choose Dr. Dilek because of previous very good reviews as well as, when we first met her, she made us feel comfortable instantly. Also she has over 25 years of experience and uses only the best technology and laser. According to your test results she would recommend the best type of laser for your eyes as the clinic has different types of technology she can use! She is very honest. The Laser was also very good value, as you got great service and great results. I would recommend Dr. Dilek to anyone that wants to have eye laser as I honestly cannot fault her. I recently had 2 cataract operations at Optegra Eye Hospital at Whiteley. These were both successful and the care and attention was first class. All the staff were very caring and put me at ease. The procedure was carried out on time and all went very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic.
The treatment was done diligently and with great professionalism. I got 28 new crowns and the result was superb. I now have a great white smile. One crown fell off a year later but it was easily inserted at the kocal dentist.

Dr David Robinson removed both of my cataracts with LASIK. Both procedures were really short and I noticed the difference straight away. It was a really quite comfortable experience and I am so happy that I saw him.
