Louise is an amazing counsellor and hypnotherapist.
I needed some help with my mental health, anxiety spiralling and panic attacks.

She offered my first appointment for free and I instantly knew from meeting her that she would be able to support and help me. She is very knowledgeable about anxiety and she explained to me what was happening with my mind.

I’m now 7 sessions in and I feel one hundred times better than I have in years. I was sceptical of hypnotherapy before this, but it has been the best decision I made for my mental health.
