A qualified clinical reflexologist treats patients at three clinics in Cheshire and Greater Manchester. The clinics are located at Chester and Fardon in Cheshire and Hale in Greater Manchester. Reflexology (1 hour)

Reflexology is the application of pressure to specific parts of the feet – all of which correspond to specific areas of the body. The feet contain numerous nerve endings known as ‘reflexes’, when a part of the body is not working at its best a sensitive area can be found in the corresponding reflex on the foot. This is not painful for the person receiving the treatment, it’s usually only felt by the reflexologist when they apply pressure. By working over sensitive reflexes the sensitivity will usually reduce as the body begins to function normally again.
