Her sole purpose is to help people resolve their physical and emotional pain. She offers live trainings and 1-1 consultations. She has specialised in work related to emotional health and wellbeing over the last 5 years. She has facilitated The Sparkle Programme for a group with particular emphasis on Confidence building and self-esteem and also the Square Pegs Programme for a group with emphasis on life skills and coping strategies. She delivered topic specific workshops to primary school teachers for the school year 2011-2012. She has been involved with the voluntary sector – OANDA Cork (Out and About) since May 2010 and has worked on a one-to-one basis with clients who have been directly affected by redundancy and its effects both on a social level and the impact on their confidence. Given that we are all on our own special journey in life, one thing is guaranteed – that all our experiences are punctuated with emotions.
