I work with clients with diabetes and other health conditions and anyone looking to lose weight, manage stress and generally improve their energy to be able to live the life they desire. I help them become more aware of how they are living their lives. We look at all areas, including health, work, diet, stress, relationships, fitness, support, and recreation. 

I empower and support my clients to take a proactive approach in their wellness and follow a plan that we create together or one set out by their healthcare provider. Leading to better management of their condition resulting in less GP and hospital visits and more time and energy to enjoy the life they desire.
