I offer a wide range of complementary therapies and treatments that deal with a variety of ailments, stress related conditions and skincare concerns.

I am a highly trained therapist and I will take the time to assess your needs before proceeding with your treatment. I pride myself on client care and each treatment is carried out with a ‘Holistic Approach’ in a relaxing and peaceful environment.

I have spent many years training and practicing massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and other therapies. As an Aromatherapy Practitioner my extensive knowledge and education regarding essential oils enables me to provide holistic treatments designed for the individual's specific needs. It is my experience that touch therapy has a very powerful and healing action on the mind, body and spirit and the benefits are many.

I also offer homecare blends of essential oils, ointments, creams and aftercare advice so that the benefits of the treatments can be further extended, simply by making small daily changes to your lifestyle between treatments.

My therapies featured on the RTE1 programme "The Health of the Nation". This programme dealt with Stress and how to deal with it and I was seen working in the background performing Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.
