I felt so comfortable opening up and telling her honestly what was on my mind and I feel this was needed in order to get the help I needed and get my sleep back on track. I feel so lucky to have found this clinic. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease and in safe hands. Anne has a very gentle way of helping you to start to turn your health around. I had been dealing with sinus issues for the last number of years which culminated recently in a very acute episode that was ongoing for 5 weeks before I booked in with Well Being Dublin. I was at the end of my tether and really didn’t know if anything could be done. Through acupuncture, nutrition and herbs, Anne has helped me start to feel well again and put me on a path to good health by giving me the tools to help myself. I really couldn’t recommend Anne highly enough.

I don't I expected maybe a miracle that in theory doesn't exist. I met with Zak from the beginning he was very welcoming and while he didn't offer me the magic wand he did however allow me to see that I had hope. He worked with me as a person and not as a patient which I value in a person. He and above all he listened and offered me his help. I would highly recommend to anyone out there struggling. If you want someone to listen and not be judged by someone who understands he is your go-to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My smoking cessation programme involves three visits to see. Your first session is consultation and preparation. I will explain how the programme works and start you on your preparations to quit smoking. This will involve cutting down your intake and making other changes to your smoking pattern. The following session is your quit day. You will have your last cigarette before you see me and then you will experience your one on one hypnotherapy session. Once that is complete you will leave with a copy of the hypnosis session on C.D which you will listen to once a day for about a week to ten days. Your follow up appointment will then be scheduled. The best way to describe the importance of the repeated listening to the recording is to compare it to an anti-biotic. You do not expect the anti-biotic to make you better when you take the first dose. You take it for the prescribed period with your health returning at the end of the medication. The C.D works in the same manner. Listen to it for the prescribed period of time to maximise your chances of long term smoke freedom. The programme includes a one year back up programme. Quite simply if you have any problems over the following 12 month period you are welcome to come back and see me at no extra charge. Hypnotherapy is widely acknowledged as one of the most effective methods to achieving ‘Smoke Freedom’
