Clinical Embryologist Sarah has a BSc(hons) degree in Physiology from the University of Leeds and joined us as a trainee embryologist in 2010. She completed the ACE Certificate in Clinical Embryology in 2012 and is currently working towards her registration with the HCPC. Working as a full time clinical embryologist, Sarah is also responsible for the ordering of laboratory consumables and maintaining contact with our sperm, egg and embryo bankers.

Cluster Manager Fertility Services As Cluster Manager, Mike has a range of responsibilities including strategy, operational and financial performance, business development, and governance. Mike is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership through the University of Birmingham and the NHS Leadership Academy. Mike says ‘After completing my degree I decided to pursue a career in Healthcare management as I am a passionate about the NHS and I wanted to use the skills I had developed to help Clinical teams bring about service delivery improvements. My job can be extremely challenging at times, but I love it and cant imaging doing anything else, it’s a privilege to lead a service with such talented professionals that are dedicated to helping our patients
