Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease completely. I saw Dr Syed Mashhadi and Gabriella, and they were both amazing. They helped me with everything, told me what they were doing throughout, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Each time I came back, they recognised me and we had a chat about the previous appointment, which made me feel great. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also extremely kind and the whole surgery has a very warm and welcoming approach. When booking, the response time was very quick, and again they answered all of my questions very quickly and happily. I truly cannot put my recommendation of this clinic into words, it was beyond amazing for me! Thank you to all of those involved!

I attended today for a blood test. Unfortunately, I am not easy to get blood from and many nurses/doctors/phlebotomists have struggled because my veins are small and tricky. Today Mrs. Shahida Ali was amazing, she listened to my explanation, took a little time to check my veins, and as a result was able to get a good, viable sample the first time (very rarely does this happen for me). I was very impressed by her knowledge, courtesy, understanding, and competency. Even better I was finished before my official appointment time. Definitely 5star treatment today. Many thanks

One of the best doctors I have ever met. His patience and passion in explaining circumcision had calmed my mind. I Whatsapp message him almost every day one month prior to my surgery date, and he never failed to reply to me nor leave my questions unanswered. I suffered from a serious bacterial infection after surgery and was like ants on a hot pan. His professionalism and endless guidance had boosted my recovery! I strongly recommend this doctor(clinic) to those who are still hesitating if you should entrust Dr Shafiz with your circumcision surgery. I doubt you can ever find someone better than him elsewhere!
