It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I did fat freezing and microdermabrasion facial treatment here. Dr Doris explained the procedure in-depth and the nurses Ms Sun and Ms Esther are so helpful and approachable. They are knowledgeable and concerned about what I need and aim to help me achieve my target. I will strongly recommend this clinic.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Dr Patil from the get go was amazing, he was responsive to every single inquiry I had and replied with satisfactory answers, clearly being very dedicated to his profession. Before I made my final decision based on all the quote obtained, he was by far the one who was most active and ease putting to my mind. He explained everything to me diligently and the reviews on other platforms definitely made this easier and did not fail to be the truth. All though from without it would look dodge, the inside of the clinic is sophisticated, clean, neat and the staff is the most professional and sweetest ever. This has really been the most pleasant experience and I was made comfortable at all times and the result 5 months post op has been progressively good. I would highly recommend Dr Patil, as his professionalism and care speaks volumes!

Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity.
