During a business trip to London I had visited the clinic after suffering with severe throat infection, fever and weakness. The ease of getting an appointment to visit almost within an hour or couple of hours is such a blessing when in dire need. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr Gurpreet and Dr Katarzyna diagnosed and treated me with utmost respect and care. During my 2 visits both doctors tested me thoroughly, guided me on what to expect, were very empathetic in their approach, follow up via email on my condition and symptoms. I would highly recommend the clinic and the doctors! A big thank you to the team.

I had a labiaplasty surgery performed back in Feb of this year. This is something I’ve always wanted to be done and was so pleased to find a surgery that offered this at such a decent price! The process was pretty straight forward I was in and out within 2.5 hours. I will say after the medication begins to wear off you will feel extremely sore, So make sure you take enough pain killers and numbing cream for down below. Results are amazing I can’t complain at all. I had no complications from the surgery, I did bleed for a little while after which is normal so don’t be alarmed! But it’s been 3 months now and I healed beautifully, so happy!

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
