This family oriented general medical and primary healthcare centre located in Waterford, Ireland provides a broad range of services to patients of all ages. Fee paying patients and patients holding a medical card are welcome at the clinic. The clinic is also registered with most major Irish health insurance providers. Services provided by the clinic are health examinations, occupational health services, the administration of childhood and adult immunizations and vaccinations, maternity care, chronic health condition monitoring and minor surgical procedures.

Teenacity is dedicated to teaching Teenagers how their brain really works and how to use it better for things they want to improve in their lives, such as motivation, self-esteem, confidence, anger management, relationships, and effective communication, to name a few.  We can help them overcome limiting beliefs and fears, guide them in the process of effective goal setting and help them identify with their natural talents and passions.

I provide a private therapy and supervision services on the outskirts of Bandon town. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and work with a wide variety of presenting issues using an integrative approach which enables me to work with you in a way that best fulfills your needs. The service offers various modes of connecting. These include in-person sessions (where both therapist and client are in the same room), online sessions (where therapist and client are in separate locations connected by phone or internet video conferencing software, i.e. WebEx or WhatsApp) and walk and talk sessions (where therapist and client meet in an outdoor environment).

One to one counselling psychotherapy in a confidential setting.  Service available to individuals/groups - adults, teenagers and children.  The therapist draws from the following theoretical approaches:  Humanistic & Integrative, Cognitive behaviour therapy and Psychodynamic.
