I am a professionally qualified counsellor psychotherapist holding a BSc (Hons.) in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Having a commitment to continued professional development, I have a Certificate in Gestalt Therapy and am currently undertaking training in issues of sexual violence with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. I am a fully accredited member of IACP and adhere to their professional standards and code of ethics in my practice. My training is humanistic and integrative incorporating person centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt therapies. I adapt my approach to that which is most appropriate and beneficial for the client.
