Were you pleased with the treatment?
I called for an appointment at 930, was given an appt for 1030, and duly turned up on time. I was seen 35 minutes late. I was given the excuse that an emergency case came up, but nobody contacted me to say there was a delay. I very much doubt a 35mins delay could occur within 1 hour timeframe.
Would you recommend the clinic?
No, the clinic suited themselves in ensuring a room full of customers, but didnt care about my time wasting away while I wait for them.
Would you return for further treatment?
Never again, my time is more valuable that that.
