This was my 1st ever skin peel treatment and at the end of it all, I wondered why I waited so long to have this done. I felt refreshed and fresh-faced. I am now on day 6 from having the treatment peel and I am more than happy with the outcome. The aftercare products are wonderful to top up you treatment. I will definitely do it again. Good value for money, but to be honest I would pay even more if I had to, that’s how happy I am with the outcome. Happy me. 1st class superb service, location, atmosphere and very professional.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease completely. I saw Dr Syed Mashhadi and Gabriella, and they were both amazing. They helped me with everything, told me what they were doing throughout, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Each time I came back, they recognised me and we had a chat about the previous appointment, which made me feel great. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also extremely kind and the whole surgery has a very warm and welcoming approach. When booking, the response time was very quick, and again they answered all of my questions very quickly and happily. I truly cannot put my recommendation of this clinic into words, it was beyond amazing for me! Thank you to all of those involved!

During the first visit the patient will have a full consultation with Dr Farrell to cover their skin concern. If appropriate, Dr Farrell may also examine other sites of the skin, as sometimes other sites of the body can be similarly affected. (e.g. in the case of sun damage). Dr Farrell with discuss with you the diagnoses, relevant investigations and treatment plan. Some investigations can be done on the day but others may need approval from your insurance company . Dr Farrell will also suggest a treatment plan and provide relevant information leaflets. The clinic also has available on site many of the products that may be required as part of the treatment plan and we can dispense these on the day. We also provide a postal service so that repeat requests for product can be supplied. Dr Farrell will usually also follow up the consultation with a typed report which will be posted to you within a few days summarising the discussion. Dr Farrell usually writes to your General Practitioner with her recommendations and a copy is sent to you. If you are attending for purely a cosmetic reason and do not wish Dr Farrell to write to your GP then she will respect your wishes, but if you wish she will send a recommendation of treatments to you. If you are funding the consultation and treatment through insurance it is important that you obtain an authorisation number for the consultation before the visit. I recently visited here to have a mole removed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and is very client orientated. Dr Imran Malik and his wife were very welcoming and explained all of the procedure to me. The treatment only took a few minutes and there was hardly any pain. I am booked in for a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks to assess the results and see if I need a second procedure. It was good quality for the price and I am happy with the result so far.
