Elmas has excellent facilities and wonderful staff. They are very honest and gave me a very clear understanding of what could be achieved without misleading me. The treatment was smooth without any unexpected issues. It was painless and the process took exactly how long they said it would. I was looked after very well throughout the surgery and was regularly kept informed by English speaking staff member about the next steps. I was given detailed instructions about post-surgery care and I was also given all medicines and shampoos to use for the next several weeks. The accommodation was arranged in a very nice and friendly hotel. I was picked up and dropped off at the Airport and was regularly in touch with a knowledgeable staff member post surgery. She advised how I should initiate wrinkles injection before I have permanent wrinkles, that prevention is the best way to treat. It was the first time I heard about this. I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time.
