I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

In my experience Rishi happens to be excellent at what he does and I have recommended him to friends and family, all of who are of the same opinion. From the first consultation, Rishi clearly explained how Invisalign would be a good treatment for me beyond the cosmetic reasons I went for. I’m so grateful for the time and detail Rishi put into my teeth and though my teeth were fine before, they have never looked better. He’s also a pleasure to go and see!

I recently had some upper front crowns replaced that had been done by the NHS and were looking a bit yellow. VIDA carefully explained the safest way of me having this treatment and actually getting to approve my new crowns before they were fixed in place. VIDA gave me control over how I looked and this really has my confidence to make the change. I wore trial crowns for a while to check I was happy with the look and feel, before giving my approval for the final crowns. I’m so pleased I did this! It took away all the worry of the financial investment because I knew that the dentist had checked everything underneath was healthy and by living with my trial crowns for a while I knew I would still feel and look like me even with the improvements to my new crowns. It also gave me time to whiten my teeth and for my shade to settle before the lab-made my final crowns. I’m in my 60s so I was worried about whitening but actually, I look really fresh and healthy - and the whitened shade is very natural. I’d recommend VIDA to anyone thinking of making an investment in their teeth. They don’t rush you, they give you brilliant advice, and produce stunning and natural work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve had this experience of first-class dentistry.

I hadn't been to the dentist for about 10 years and when I started to get a pain in my left jaw/teeth. I decided I had no choice but to go to a dentist so after spending ages looking for a dentist and reading reviews, I settled on No 5 in Hindhead. Emma asked about my history and if and where was my pain to which I said yes. She looked at my teeth thoroughly and because I had told her about my pain, she advised me that it would be a good idea to get a fuller picture with x-rays. After the x-rays, Emma did another small test to find out if my nerve endings were alive with a very painless prod of a stick thing. (Sounds worse than it is). As I mentioned earlier, I hadn't been to the dentist for about 10 years, so naturally a little apprehensive about going. After much thought and research I settled on No 5 Dental Care. I was still nervous as I was driving up there, however, I needn't have worried at all! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a very friendly receptionist in a very nice, calming and comfortable waiting room. I was asked to fill out a form on an iPad (very painless) and then pretty much immediately was greeted by Emma the dentist. Again incredibly friendly and calm which put me at ease straight away. In fact, all the staff I met there were lovely, totally made me feel welcome and at ease. Price wise, It's a private clinic so not cheap, however you get exactly what you pay for and its worth it. Emma will not charge you for something you don't need. Emma as a dentist is very gentle, patient and just lovely. I can't fault her or her team and would highly recommend them. If you are a little nervous, then go to No 5! Emma is very knowledgeable. Thank you, Emma and the team.
