Been visiting shine dentist for the last 2 years had a full on treatment plan from root canal through my dental bridge fillings and invisalign treatment. Invisalign treatment is a long process but wow what a result shine dentist has been my second home due to all the care of my treatment I cannot thank Mark Frank's enough his expertise in his treatment he gives to his Patients is excellent. Mark always explains the treatment going forward he such a nice gentleman always makes you feel comfortable so if your a nervous person this is the place to go. Dare I say I am not afraid of the dentist but if you are this definitely is the place to try . A massive thank you to all the amazing staff at shine dentist from the nice smiling faces which are waiting to meet you on reception i cannot praise this dental practice enough. As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough
I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.
I am one of those very 'anxious' patients often associated with dental care. My fears stem from memories of the School Dental Service around in the 1950s. I have been with this practice for around 20 years since returning to live in Chesterfield, following several 9recommendations. Christopher and his team help me greatly with my anxieties. They are quietly reassuring and supportive during any treatment. Fortunately Christopher offers conscious sedation if required and I always feel very safe in his care and that of his nurses. I recently attended a for a routine checkup and was extremely confident with all the Covid safety measures in place. This is a superb dental practice with the highest standards and up to date care.

Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results.
