I am a new patient registered to NSDC, I am pleased with the treatment and the advice given by the Dentist, I had a periodontal abscess but was already healed when I went to the Clinic, however, the Dentist still treated my gums and checked all my teeth and gums. My young son recently attended Complete Care for 2 tooth extractions in preparation for braces in the future. The care from the staff was beyond excellent. The dentist took the time to talk with my son and explain what he was going to do. He asked him how he felt about it, if he had any questions and what to do if he wanted him to stop. The dental nurse was equally as friendly and caring, making the whole experience as positive as it could be. I would definitely recommend Complete Care Dental Practice for both adults and children.
Dentists here are amazing! I had a horrible toothache and I came in for a dental emergency visit and the doctor had such a positive demeanour and was so nice. She took the time to go through everything with me and explain the next steps, her assessment and what the plan would be. My appointment was with the Bangor branch. A very honest & helpful free initial consultation via Zoom, that recommended Invisalign would not be suitable for my teeth & that I should seek a referral from my dentist to see a specialist Orthodontist for treatment options.
The people who work here are very friendly as soon as you walk In they make you feel relaxed. Very professional and answer your questions. Even when I got my teeth sorted and just walked out forgetting to make an appointment for after care, they phoned me nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all.
