I have just had a assessment for invisible braces with Sam, with assistance of Claire and Louise too. It's quite possibly the most welcoming, thorough and professional assessment I've ever had in my 36 years of going to a Dentist. I can't recommend the team enough at Bruntsfield Dental. Had my first scale and polish with the hygienist, Kirsty today. I am an extremely nervous patient and discussed this with Kirsty. She was immediately kind, understanding, empathic and understanding. She told me what she was going to do and discussed options with me. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure and said that she would stop immediately if I needed her to. I was anxious throughout the procedure but just trusted Kirsty and decided to continue until it was finished. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty to anyone who is a nervous patient.
