There is a very high level of expertise available at this Centre. I have been a patient for many years and on every occasion have been treated with respect and courtesy both by reception staff and clinicians. Being in the over 60 age group with failing teeth and suffering from anxiety, choice of care is very important to me. The facilities are very clean and the reception area is very welcoming with TV. I have recently attended the surgery several times after the initial lockdown was released and can report that they are doing everything possible to prevent Covid from entering the premises. They have all the high tech facilities including an affiliated dental lab where they prepare crowns etc on site. I have needed 3 zirconia crowns recently and the lab goes to great lengths to see that there is a good aesthetic finish. I have done online price comparisons and been more than happy that their prices are very competitive. In addition, I have had a front tooth restored with a composite filling over the whole surface of the tooth, instead of a more costly veneer and I am really pleased with this work. My dental surgeon is Amit Soneji and I can highly recommend him.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. I've always had a problem with visiting the dentist. However, Dr Ahmed made me forget about all that with the way he handled my issues. He literally transformed my teeth beautifully!
