Having been referred to Blue Sky for periodontal treatment and implants I met with Simon. He took time in explaining the procedures and options and the length of time the treatments would take. From my first appointment Simon made me feel at ease and reassured at an anxious time. His skill and knowledge of treatment enabled me to go ahead and have implant placements fitted in my challenging case. Following Simon, I saw Kostas for my implants to be fitted. Again he took time explaining the procedure and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. The results were excellent. I am new to Southend and had to look for a dentist, I was so pleased to find Focus dental clinic. I needed two fillings and I am not the best patient, but my dentist was so kind, understanding and very gentle. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, plenty of parking room, calm atmosphere and really helpful.

Christmas miracle! After being in agony for days calling endless dentists for days and being told they had no availability until new year, bearing in mind my pain started around the 22nd dec. I finally came across crofts on Christmas Eve. They booked me in for part 1 of a root canal and completely took me out of pain. Coming in on Christmas Eve after hours. Completely out of their way. Super friendly and really reasonable price. Can’t recommend these guys enough. 10/10 thank you.

Nico and Jay were awesome this morning taking my bad tooth out and ensuring my experience was pain-free. Again, full explanation and un rushed treatment at fair prices.

I am very very impressed with my new dentist Dr Vyas After talking to his lovely and very encouraging receptionist who said I had the best dentist who would look after me and not to worry I was made an immediate appointment Dr Vyas was very professional, and courteous and explained everything that would need to be done if I were to continue with another appointment I went ahead with his professional opinion and the result is I’m now pain-free and have a lovely white filling after he replaced the very old black one which had been giving me all the grief I will certainly be using my new dentist in the future Thank you Broadwalk Dental

On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

I had been nervous about the Dentist for many years, and as a result, my teeth and gums suffered, but quite a few years ago after having a close relative put me in touch with Hook Lane Dental Practise. I go to the Hygienist now on a regular basis and Natalie puts me at ease, my dentist is the same.

What an exceptional dental team! The staff members are highly professional and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, providing outstanding treatments. The dental hygienist is absolutely brilliant. The results left me completely amazed. I will surely be returning for future visits. Finally, I have found a dentist whom I genuinely appreciate.
