Arrived on time with my young son for his first dental appointment, we had to wait to book in at reception as they had a few people in front of us making payment etc - no problem. Booked in and waited to be called. After 30 mins I checked we had not been forgotten and was informed no that we should continue to wait. We waited another 25 mins and I returned to reception to again check. The receptionist went to the dentist to check and we overheard the response 'no they can just wait - they were late checking in'!! At this point we left the surgery - we arrived on time to the surgery and do not expect to wait an hour, especially as this was my sons first dentist experience.
