I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. Simply the best in Istanbul! I did an implant, cleaning and crown installation. The price didn’t change (most clinics do that). Dr. Omer and Dr. Ahmet know what they’re doing and customer service is 2nd to none. I highly recommend this clinic due to the service, low-key setting, family culture and price. Thank you again!
