I had my hair transplant yesterday. I flew in from the UK. I was picked up from the airport by a VIP car. The hotel was nice and clean. I was picked up from the hotel yesterday. The team at EsteNuvo were very helpful, friendly and professional. I had a personal translator the entire time who was excellent, she kept explaining to me what was happening and what each next step was. She really reassured me. My hair transplant operation took an average of 7 hours. Once the transplant was complete, I was given a warm meal. I had a helpful session with the doctor and the nurse about aftercare. I had ample opportunity to ask lots of questions. Then once again VIP car back to the hotel. The overall experience was very positive. The facilities seemed very clean, tidy and modern. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend EsteNuvo.
