My contact with Dra. Meneses and her office staff were prompt and professional and they went beyond my expectations. My appointment was soon, I didn't have to wait, they were very flexible when my appointment worked best for me. I asked for extra information and that was provided quickly. I also saw other testimonials and video comments from her patients- they were very positive. It is a good sign when patients keep returning to their Dentist year after year. I had a filling and sealants done by Dr. Aguero Gallo and he was amazing! He is extravagantly professional and skilled! I had a history of not being able to get numb and he fully numbed my mouth on the first attempt. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and kind! Very grateful for him and his team! I first went to this clinic 3 years ago, before COVID-19, and was very pleased with our experience!! I have just returned from my dental vacation again!! This time I had 2 extractions a root canal and a crown, then I started my implant procedure, I will need to return when it has finished healing!! Darn another holiday in Mexico!! The staff all speak fluent English the receptionist is the best, love, love, love her!! If you are worried about having dental work done down in Mexico?? DON’T WORRY this office has very professional dental staff and the most up to date medical equipment!! We spent a fraction of the cost we would have spent in Canada and I am very pleased with everything that was done!! A big thank you to both my dentist and the specialist, see you both in the new year for my implant tooth!!
