They greet us by name, and have specialists they call in for our dental needs if needed. I had all my teeth extracted and one on 6 implants placed for permanent dentures or whatever they are called. My husband has had fillings, root canals, crowns, implants and a bridge.

Dr Jacob is the best. He is patient and kind. His work is thorough and very professional. Going to a foreign country for dentistry may feel overwhelming, but downtown dental clinic made the process exceedingly comfortable and effortless. I drove and parked at a safe lot on the US side of the border. The border crossing is easy and very fast on foot. Dr Jacobs team was there to pick me up on time and the clinic was less than 10 minutes from there. Dr Jacobs immediately addressed my concerns and went through all my options. I had an implant and two crowns did over two appointments. I was then immediately transported back to the border and again, the crossing by foot was quick and easy. I have seen Dr Jacobs three times now and the experience has been consistent. I have planned more work with him. He and his team are simply the best. I would recommend his clinic and services to anyone seeking to have professional dental work done at a fraction of the price.

So glad I did the research before my sister and I came to Algodones. We visited several dentists that was happy to promise everything in a day or two, except one, that being Smile Center, who said we needed to let things heal before proceeding to a final result. They told my sister, she only needed to replace 2 teeth, not 22 as prescribed by the other dentists including 1 in the US. We are so happy with the decision we made and the results we received. We can only thank them for their integrity, vision and skill. Hopefully, you’ll find the same to be true. This work was all done for 25% of the price I was quoted in the USA. My dentists and oral surgeons were outstanding, and there was always someone there to interpret when I needed it. Unlike American dentists, they actually LISTENED to me when I expressed my needs, instead of trying to talk me into something else. When I told them the local anaesthetic was wearing off, no one said "It'll just be a few more minutes..." - They just administered a new round of anaesthetic. I was looking for clinic in Los Algodones that would repair a broken crown...other large dental clinics wanted to redo 5 crowns, which did not need it. Dr Sephanie Corona did incredible work so that my beautiful smile has been restored. She gave me the choices rather than pushing a high-cost set of treatments. Outstanding, excellent dental clinic.
