They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

A huge thank you to Dr Benjamin and his team. I am working in Israel and had an abscess on a back tooth which was giving me a lot of pain. I attended Pearl Dental Practice and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dr Benjamin was reassuring, told me what needed done and sorted out the pain quickly. I live in Efrat and switched to Ari as our family dentist, even though it means travelling to Jerusalem. I recently had a chipped tooth and after Ari switched my filling, I had a lot of pain in my nerve. I went back and he put in clove oil and a temporary filling to calm the pain and avoid having to do a root canal. Today I went back to put the permanent filling back and he was able to leave some of the temporary fillings in as a buffer. I recommend Ari highly due to his calm demeanour and willingness to explain what he is doing throughout the treatment. His prices are comparable and he has hi-tech equipment. Definitely worth the trip!

Great dentist. Felt comfortable all the way through the procedure. Would recommend it wholeheartedly. Treatment was for 2 root canals and the price compared to the USA was fantastic.
