They do get busy because of their high number of patients, but I still felt welcomed and treated with care. Their customer service is great and their facilities are very nice, which is a plus. I would recommend them to others who are thinking of getting adult braces. The best part is "guarantee" treatment, nowhere else I found. Great fantastic and wonderful clinic.
