I found Mac's clinic I trhough this platform. And from the beginning of contacting them with my inquiry, they have been very welcoming, supportive, and professional. Any inquiries I've had, they have been very helpful. I recently had a surgery done at the clinic with Mr. Vadodaria. Him and his staff were amazing, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wishing to have a procedure done. Any concerns or worries for aftercare, they are always there to help and support you.

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I’m overwhelmed by the amazing service I received, from the first point of contact. I was nervous about going to my first consultation, but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Masood, I really can’t praise him enough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks. I walked out of my consultation so relieved happy and confident that I had found the best clinic. I then had my surgery 9 days later. Everything was so professional, caring and gentle, I felt so looked after. I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Masood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable. He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The aftercare I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender, so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. Since then my recovery has been great! So, thank you again for your exceptional service!

After visiting other clinics and not being sure I walked into Oakdin Clinic. I was immediately put at ease and treated so respectfully with everything explained in detail no sales pressure like other places. The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey. I had my procedure a labiaplasty operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammed Masood who has changed my life. I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak it looked abnormal not like how I felt it should look and it was so uncomfortable years of pain discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me. 45 minutes later I was leaving on my way home totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering. Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I can’t thank Oakden staff and Mr Masood enough. The personal caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. I’m only 20 and to go through this has changed my life. I’ve got before and after photos that are amazing, I feel so fantastic, thank you so much. Plus the price was so good compared to some others. It’s a small clinic, easily located, great parking and spotlessly clean. With the focus on your needs with great advice before and after. Can’t praise enough sorry to go on but I’m so happy. The clinic is spotlessly clean, great parking and a fantastic location. Reception staff and nurses are wonderful. It was NHS now just gone private and I’d recommend highly to anyone. Just thrilled at having found them at a price so much better than other bigger clinics I visited. The moment I walked in I felt safe and cared for. Pre and post-operative care by staff are brilliant. I’m over the moon.
