Hi, Melike picked me up from the airport & looked after me straight away, she even came in when I had my eye surgery ( upper eye uplift) the surgery was done within 2 hrs of my landing as I was only staying for 2 days. I was picked up from my hotel & taken back to the airport which was fantastic as it took away any stress of getting a taxi. I will be returning for more surgery 🙂

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. So far my experience has been great. They communicate well with me and whenever I WhatsApp or call I get answered quickly even though there’s a timezone difference between states and Turkey. I'm scheduled for my surgery on February 3rd so I will update my review then but I have no complaints so far and I look forward to meeting with Dr T.
