I had three different procedures done at Vanity cosmetics, my surgen Dr Safa Manav was absolutely amazing, he described in depth the procedure, the healing process and what to expect. His English was fantastic. After care organiser Fatih was brilliant, he was very helpful and very understanding. His English was also magnificent. The nurses in the hospital after my procedures, were all very caring and helpful. They all went above and beyond. I would highly recommend to all, I would definitely be coming back if I choose to have any other procedures done.

Where do I even begin? Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team are nothing short of incredible, and I cannot express how grateful I am for finding them. From the moment I started the process of finding the right surgeon for my face and neck lift, I was overwhelmed with choices and nervousness, especially considering travelling to another country for the procedure. But from the very first interaction, Dr Atsal and his team made me feel at ease. After speaking to multiple clinics and having numerous video calls, I knew deep down that Dr. Atsal was the one for me. Something about his demeanour and understanding of my nervousness, and how he patiently walked me through the entire process during our video calls—not once, but twice when I had more questions after a few weeks set him apart from the rest. His dedication to ensuring I felt informed and comfortable was truly remarkable. He has an amazing team, especially Enes. When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I have already recommended Dr Atsal to my sister, who plans on going in a year, and I would recommend him to any dear friend or family member without hesitation.
