Thank you for the most amazing service everyone in the staff was very careful and understanding. I had upper and under eyelid removal but they took care of me so carefully for a small surgery process. Especially Dr Emer was amazing and professional. He even did my controls with extra care. Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Blepharoplasty. After researching MCan for the past two years, I finally decided to book my flight and go to Turkey on January 2018 to have my tummy tuck with liposuction, Vaser lipo for my thighs and Blepharoplasty. Dr Allughan Cahit Vural gave me a beautiful body that I did not have, this has changed my life completely. He is an excellent doctor. Before arriving in Istanbul Mcan coordinator Bilgen arranged my itinerary. It had all the scheduled plans from start to finish. When we arrived a driver was there to collect us, he took us to our hotel (Troya) arranged by MCan. When we arrived at the hotel it was a decent 3/4 star hotel. The hospital was really clean, the staff was professional although the nurses couldn't speak English. Bilgen was absolutely great who has constantly answered my questions and making sure I knew everything. She came to the hospital to provide all the information and was always ready to answer my questions on Whatsapp as well. The hospital staff were very supportive, skilful and professional. Beigen and the hotel staff were fantastic. I can never ask for anything better. After 3 nights in the hospital, we went back to the hotel and started exploring Istanbul. On the 5th day, the doctor wanted to check on me so we got picked up to go to his main clinic where he checked everything and it was all fine. The next day it was time to go back to Canada and we had no problems at the airport, it was a great experience. The whole team was friendly, professional and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back for the next procedure.

From a to z everything was great. My coordinator guided me through all the steps and from arriving at the airport and finishing the last final check with a doctor there was not a single problem at all. I heard their name a few times but I never thought that they are so professional. They know what they are doing for sure. And I wish they do keep up with this spectacular work all the time. Nurses and the hospital staff are definitely an asset to the company. They are not only staff they become friends with you. Aftercare was good as well and massages are useful ladies. Have them for sure.

Came to Turkey with friends to get FUE Hair Transplant from Mustafa. He is a great guy; any questions we asked before the transplant and after he had the answer.
