I had a Skype consultation with Dr. Stam after sending him some photos of my tummy area. He confirmed that I would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck with lipo and I booked myself in for a month later. Dr. Stam even went as far as sending us potential hotels to stay at! On the morning of the surgery, Dr Stam was very reassuring and put me at ease instantly. When I came round I was in a semi-private room And there was no pain. He made sure that the pain medication was topped up regularly also the medication to help with sickness as s result in the anaesthetic. He told me that everything had gone perfectly and that the flap had weighed 5kg! I had a surgical support on my tummy which he said I had to wear for 6 weeks and not to lie flat. The drains were removed the next day as there wasn’t much liquid in them. He checked the stitches and I was discharged to the hotel on the 3rd day. The only downside of the hospital is that the nursing staff didn’t speak much English. It was very clean. A follow up in Dr. Stam's offices showed that all was healing well and I was ok to fly home after 2 weeks. Dr Stam was always available by WhatsApp or email if we had any questions at any time day or night. The wound was healing well and I could move around much better after 4 weeks. The only discomfort was wearing the support belt all the time. After 6 months I came back for a follow up in Dr. Stam’s offices, he showed me the before and after photos which were amazing. I became quite emotional as I was finally free of the excess skin after 3 c-sections. My shape was finally as I had wished it to be. Throughout the experience from beginning to end, Dr. Stam has been compassionate, professional, clear and has surpassed all of my expectations. I highly recommend him and you will be in good hands for sure. I am so glad that I came across his profile and I even got to recuperate in lovely Thessaloniki as a bonus.

Breast Reduction 5000 € - 6000 €
Breast reduction surgery (reduction mammoplasty)To remove tissue and skin from the breast, the surgeon first makes one or more cuts in the breast. After the excess tissue and skin have been removed, the skin is closed with stitches. Sometimes the nipple and areola have to be removed and repositioned. Sometimes liposuction is used along with surgery. If most of the breast is fatty tissue and if excess skin isn't a problem, liposuction alone may be enough for breast reduction. Breast reduction surgery is done in a hospital or surgical center, typically with general anesthesia. The surgery usually takes 3 to 5 hours. An overnight stay is not usually required. For smaller reductions, the surgery may be done with local anesthesia. Immediately after surgery, gauze is placed over the incisions, and the breasts are wrapped in an elastic bandage or supported with a special surgical bra. In some cases, there may be a small tube in each breast to help drain blood and fluid for the first couple of days. Stitches may be removed in 1 to 2 weeks. Most women have some breast pain for the first few days after surgery and then milder discomfort for a week or longer. Medicine can help relieve the pain. Swelling and bruising may last for several weeks. Wearing a surgical bra 24 hours a day can help reduce swelling and support the breasts while they heal. You will likely resume your normal work and social activities within a couple of weeks, unless those activities involve heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. You may need to avoid more vigorous exercise and activities for 3 to 4 weeks or more. It's important to wear a bra that supports the breasts well, such as a sports or athletic bra. You will have visible scars on your breasts after breast reduction surgery. These are almost always in areas that can be covered by a bra or swimsuit. Scars may fade over time, but they will not disappear.

A breast uplift is a surgical procedure to improve the shape of the breasts. Typically, women who are candidates for this procedure have physical symptoms related to the weight or shape of their breasts. These symptoms include back pain, neck pain, and bra strap grooves. An incision is made around the nipple and areola accompanied by a vertical incision below the areola with or without a horizontal incision made in the crease below the breast.
