I went to more than 2 doctors even after my first consultation with him, I was always looking for the best here and there, reading articles, documented and trusted references. My breast wasn’t an easy case although I had sagging breast and apart sided breasts with no cleavage. Since I met him, I asked him that I want a teardrop shape as I see it is more natural than the round shape. He advised me with that won’t be good for my case as it would save the nipples much more. No scars, no fake shape but supernatural and lovely as even more than I wished. If I would go back by the time, I would choose him to be my doctor million times. He deserves this because of his honesty, his great experience and creativity! I had a mummy makeover, which for me entailed a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. My first impression of the clinic was very clean, very modern and easy to find. Mr El Gawad was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, direct and very approachable with a gentle but extremely reassuring manner about him. Oakland’s Hospital where I had the operation was excellent also with very good efficient staff in situ and an excellent Covid process in place. I cannot praise Mr El Gawad and his Secretary, Rachel, high enough....excellent service, good price and very professional, efficient and kind personnel....thank you for all you have done for me.

Had my eyelids fixed with Dr Wilson and he did an amazing job. He did not remove the fats, but spread them to give me a natural younger look. I was scared of having a hollow appearance after the surgery, but the new technique he did got me a fabulous appearance. Very happy and strongly recommend him.
