The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

A highly recommended clinic, nice staff and helpful. Mona the secretary was super nice with a great smile and Dr Yahya Mohammed is one of the greatest doctors. That I ever met I got full information about the surgery and recovery as well during our consultation day. We were 3 siblings and all 3 of us are happy with the surgery, I would highly recommend it.

I had an augmentation and mastopexy with Mr El Gawad at Pall Mall Medical. Both Mr El Gawad and Rachel have been amazing throughout the whole process from initial consultation through to post-op care and made my feel supported the whole way. The care provided by all the staff on the day of my surgery was fantastic too. I would highly recommend Mr El Gawad to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure, he is a brilliant surgeon and has improved my confidence more than I could have imagined.

My experience was a positive one. You can feel the confidence of Dr Wilson in his voice while explaining the pre and post procedures of the Liposuction surgery due to his extensive experience in using the most advanced tools and technologies. He gave me a brief session before the surgery to set the expectations that comforted me a lot. What happened after the surgery was exactly what he told me. Results were amazing. My wife and I were stunned by the difference. Would recommend him to everyone!
