Trevor is absolutely wonderful, he took my detailed medical information. Gave clear information on what each aspect of my issues may be, explained different exercises I could do at home. At each stage of the procedure, Trevor ensured I was comfortable due to medical condition I have and reassured me; he had me. This was my first time at a chiropractor and have already booked for corrective treatment. I shall most definitely be keeping this up for maintainance. Great value. I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above.
